• Duly accomplished visa application form, please download on www.filippinsk-konsulat.dk.
• Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond intended stay in the Philippines.
• Holders of Danish, Norwegian and Icelandic passports, who are travelling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are
allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding 21 days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey
to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports are valid for a period of at least 6 months beyond the contemplated
period of stay.
• Flight confirmation/itinerary - copy of airline ticket to and from the Philippines
• Pass photo (4.5x 3.5cm) in color taken not earlier than 6 months before applying for a Philippine visa.
• For children below 15 years old travelling to the Philippines unaccompanied by or not joining a parent in the Philippines, the Philippine Bureau of Immigration requires a so-called “Waiver of Exclusion Ground” (WEG). Please contact the Consulate for further instructions.
For applicants sending applications through regular mail, following are additional requirements:
• Credit advice from applicant's bank and DKK 100.00 in handling fee.
• Self - addressed envelope (registered postage for returning the passport)

The Consulate only accepts cash from walk-in applicants. All applications submitted to the Consulate will be processed only upon
receipt of complete requirements and presentation of proof of payment
Non-compliance with payment and instructions will delay the processing of your application.
Applicants making transfers outside Denmark must notify the bank details below:

The bank transfer must be made by the applicant. Please instruct the bank to send a receipt upon deposit with applicant's full
name in the text box when sending notification of bank transfer to the Consulate.
The consulate will begin processing the application after receipt of the bank's advice on payment. Consideration of an application
normally takes 3-4 business days from receipt of all necessary documentation.
Application for visa should be applied or submitted preferably two weeks before intended departure to the Philippines.
Important Note: Former Filipino citizens travelling with their spouse/children may enter the Philippines without a visa for a maximum
stay of one (1) year under the Balikbayan Program.
